Makalah Bebas

ATURAN UMUM MAKALAH BEBAS MOU 2021

  1. Panitia menerima artikel ilmiah berupa laporan penelitian, laporan kasus, tinjauan sistematik atau meta-analisis.
  2. Untuk peserta makalah bebas yang telah mengirimkan abstrak dan terpilih untuk tampil dalam presentasi oral/poster, wajib melakukan pendaftaran dan pembayaran sebagai peserta simposium.
  3. Setiap peserta makalah bebas dapat mengirimkan lebih dari 1 (satu) abstrak
  4. Karya ilmiah harus asli dan belum pernah dipublikasikan dan penulis bertanggung jawab atas isi artikelnya.
  5. Pengiriman abstrak melalui email: makalahbebas.mou2021@gmail.com mulai 1 September 2021 – 30 September 2021 dengan format nama file: abs.nama.institusi, contoh: abs.rickysilaen.unhas
  6. Pengiriman makalah lengkap melalui email: makalahbebas.mou2021@gmail.com mulai 1 September - 10 oktober 2021 dengan format nama file: fp.nama.institusi, contoh: fp.rickysilaen.unhas
  7. Semua artikel yang masuk akan dimasukkan ke dalam Prosiding Book, sedangkan artikel terpilih akan dipublikasi di Jurnal nasional terakreditasi (Sinta 4) Nusantara Medical Science Journal atau Jurnal Internasional bereputasi scopus.
  8. Penentuan makalah bebas yang mendapatkan kategori presentasi oral atau poster akan diumumkan melalui website atau email pada tanggal 15 Oktober 2021.
  9. Persentasi oral maupun poster akan dilaksanakan Sabtu, 27 November secara virtual dengan aturan yang akan dijelaskan kemudian. Peserta diharapkan telah hadir secara virtual 10 menit sebelumnya. Video presentasi tidak akan ditayangkan jika peserta tidak hadir dan sertifikat tidak diberikan.
  10. Pemenang kompetisi makalah bebas akan diumumkan pada Minggu, 28 November 2021.
  11. Panitia berhak menolak dan mengeluarkan artikel, membatalkan presentasi maupun predikatnya, bila terbukti melanggar ketentuan dan / atau tulisannya berpotensi memicu isu SARA, sudah pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya, tidak lolos kajian etik (untuk artikel penelitian), tidak mendapatkan izin dari pasien atau orang lain yang bertanggung jawab pada pasien (untuk artikel laporan kasus), serta mengandung unsur plagiarism, fabrikasi, dan atau fraud. Keputusan panitia bersifat mutlak.

ATURAN KHUSUS MAKALAH BEBAS MOU 2021

  1. Artikel dikirim dalam Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia
  2. Artikel dibuat di kertas ukuran A4 dengan batas kanan, kiri, dan atas adalah 3 cm. Gunakan font Times New Romans atau Arial font 12 dengan spasi 1,5. Cantumkan nomor halaman di sudut kanan bawah halaman. Jumlah halaman maksimal adalah 10.
  3. Cantumkan nama penulis secara lengkap. Urutan penulis sesuai dengan kontribusi penulis. Cantumkan afiliasi (institusi) masing-masing penulis dan alamat korespondensi, email dan no.hp korespondensi.
  4. Untuk Abstract, batas maksimal total kata 250 kata, dengan format sebagai berikut: Judul, Penulis secara lengkap, Tujuan, Metode (Lokasi, desain penelitian, uji statistik yang digunakan), Hasil, Kesimpulan, kata Kunci (maksimal 5)
  5. Untuk Original Article, penulisan menggunakan format IMRAD (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion and References).
  6. Untuk Case Report, penulisan menggunakan format CARE case report guidelines yang dapat diakses di: https://www.care- statement.org/checklist
  7. Untuk Systematic Reviews dan Meta-Analyses, penulisan menggunakan format PRISMA transparent reporting of systematic reviews and meta-analyses, dapat diakses di: http://prisma- statement.org/prismastatement/Checklist.aspx
  8. Daftar Referensi menggunakan Vancouver style, sangat dianjurkan menggunakan reference management software seperti EndNote, Mendeley, atau Zotero.

TATA CARA PRESENTASI ORAL

  1. Alokasi waktu untuk presentasi oral adalah 8 (delapan) menit untuk presentasi dan 2 menit untuk tanya jawab (presenter wajib hadir).
  2. Jumlah slide maksimal 12 (sudah termasuk slide judul dan ucapan terima kasih)
  3. Judul slide menyertakan secara jelas nama presenter, nama pembimbing atau peneliti lainnya, institusi.
  4. Presenter oral mempersiapkan rekaman video presentasi (dengan wajah presenter terlihat dalam video tersebut) dalam Bahasa Indonesia atau Bahasa Inggris (slide dalam Bahasa Inggris) dengan durasi maksimal 8 menit.
  5. Video presentasi dapat dibuat menggunakan berbagai platform seperti ZOOM, Power Point record slides show, dan lain-lain, Dikirim ke panitia dalam format MP4.
  6. File video presentasi diberi nama dengan format: OP_kode_nama presenter.
  7. Video presentasi disimpan pada Google Drive dan dikirimkan link-nya kepada panitia paling lambat tanggal 25 Oktober 2021 ke alamat email: makalahbebas.mou2021@gmail.com
  8. Setelah mengirimkan link Google Drive video presentasi, mohon menginfokan kepada CP (dr. Ananda Mardiah, SpOG - 08114199777, Ernawaty 082291830077)
  9. Pembagian link presentasi akan diinformasikan kemudian.

TATA CARA PRESENTASI POSTER

  1. Waktu presentasi 2-3 (tiga) menit dilanjutkan 2 menit untuk tanya jawab. (presenter wajib hadir). Video presentasi tidak akan ditayangkan jika peserta tidak hadir dan sertifikat tidak diberikan
  2. Poster dibuat dalam format PDF (poster dalam Bahasa Inggris), rasio aspek 16:9 orientasi landscape, menggunakan program Powerpoint, dengan menyediakan ruang kosong pada sisi kanan bawah dan video presentasi dibuat selama 2-3 menit menggunakan fasilitas “record slide show” dari PowerPoint (dengan wajah presenter terlihat dalam video tersebut) dalam Bahasa Indonesia atau Bahasa Inggris (poster dalam Bahasa Inggris), Dikirim ke panitia dalam format MP4.
  3. Kirimkan file video beserta file PDF poster Anda (Bila ukuran file > 25 MB kirim melalui link google drive) ke alamat email: makalahbebas.mou2021@gmail.com paling lambat tanggal 25 Oktober 2021, dengan subject dan nama file: PP_kode_nama presenter.
  4. Setelah mengirimkan link Google Drive video presentasi, mohon menginfokan kepada CP (dr. Ananda Mardiah, SpOG - 08114199777, Ernawaty 082291830077)
  5. Pembagian link presentasi akan diinformasikan kemudian.

General Guidelines of MOU 2021 Free Paper Submission

  1. The committee receives free paper in a research article, case report, systematic reviews, or meta-analyses.
  2. All participants who have been chosen to present the paper (oral or poster), have to be registered as MOU 2021 participants.
  3. There is no restriction on the number of abstract participants may submit (more than 1).
  4. The free paper is original and has never been published anywhere before. The authors are responsible for their free paper.
  5. Abstract submission via email: makalahbebas.mou2021@gmail.com on 1 st September – 30th September 2021. File name format = abs.name.istitution for example: abs.johndoe.unhas
  6. Full paper submission via email makalahbebas.mou2021@gmail.com, on 1 st September – 10th October 2021. File name format = fp.name.institution for example: fp.janedoe.unhas
  7. Each abstract that has been received will be included in the proceeding book. The selected articles will be published in Nusantara Medical Science Journal (Sinta 4, National Accreditation Journal) or another Scopus Indexed International Journal.
  8. Acceptance notification and type of presentation (oral or poster) will be announced on 15th October 2021 by email or posted on the website.
  9. Oral and poster presentations will be held virtually on Saturday, 27th November 2021. Every participant must be on the zoom platform 10 minutes before the session starts. If the participant does not attend the free paper session, the presentation video will not be played and the certificate will not be issued.
  10. The free paper winners will be announced on Sunday, 28th November 2021.
  11. The Committee reserves the right to refuse articles or cancel the presentations if it is proven to violate the provisions and/or the article:
    1. Has the potential to trigger SARA issues
    2. Has been published anywhere before
    3. Did not pass ethical studies (for research articles)
    4. Did not get the permission from the patient nor the guardian (for case report articles)
    5. Contains elements of plagiarism, fabrication, or fraud.

Detailed Guidelines of MOU 2021 free paper

  1. Articles are written in English and Bahasa Indonesia, on A4 paper, with top, left, right, and below margins of 3 cm.
  2. Articles are written in Times New Roman or Arial font number 12, spacing 1.5. Page numbers should be at the bottom right corner, a maximum of 10 pages.
  3. Please mention the full name of the authors. Authors’ names are in the order they should appear in the abstract listing. Please provide information regarding authors’ affiliation (institution), and authors’ contacts (e-mail and phone number).
  4. For Abstracts, there is a limit of 250 words. The structure of Abstracts: Tittle, authors, Objectives, Methods (location, study design, statistic test), Results, Conclusions, and Keywords (maximum of 5 words).
  5. For Research article, the full paper is written in IMRAD format (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References).
  6. For Case Report, the full paper is written in CARE format, which could be accessed at https://www.care-statement.org/checklist
  7. For Systematic reviews and meta-analyses, the full papers are written in PRISMA transparent reporting of systematic reviews and meta-analyses format, which could be accessed at http://prisma-statement.org/prismastatement/Checklist. aspx
  8. Reference lists are written in Vancouver style, using reference manager software such as Endnote, Mendeley, or Zotero.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

  1. Each oral presentation will be presented in 8 minutes and continued with 2 minutes for discussion (QnA).
  2. The maximum number of presentation slides are 12 (including Tittle and Closing slide).
  3. The title slide showed the title, authors’ name, and institution clearly.
  4. The oral presentation will be presented in English or Bahasa Indonesia (slides should be in English)
  5. For Research article, the full paper is written in IMRAD format (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References).
  6. Video presentations can be made using various platforms such as Zoom, PowerPoint Record slides show, etc. Videos must be sent to the committee in MP4 format.
  7. The presentation video is saved on Google drive and the link is sent to the committee no later than 25th October 2021 to e-mail: makalahbebas.mou2021@gmail.com with subject and file name formatted in: OP_number_authorname.
  8. Please inform our CP (dr. Anandha Mardhia, SpOG - 08114199777, Ernawaty 082291830077) when you have sent the Google drive link.
  9. The presentation link will be informed later.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

  1. Each poster presentation will be presented in 2-3 minutes and continued with 2 minutes for discussion (QnA).
  2. The poster is created in PDF format (in English), 16:9 aspect ratio landscape orientation, and providing space on the lower right side. The presentation will be recorded using a record slide show facility from Powerpoint and video showing the presenter’s face making presentation located in the bottom right. The maximum video duration is 2-3 minutes. Video must be sent to the committee in MP4 format.
  3. Poster Presentation could be presented in English or Bahasa Indonesia (slide should be in English).
  4. Please send your video file and your PDF poster file to the email: makalahbebas. mou2021@gmail.com, no later than 25th October 2021 with subject and file name formatted in: PP_number_authorname. If your file is more than 25 MB, send it via Google drive link, and the link is sent to the committee by email.
  5. Please inform our CP (dr. Anandha Mardhia,SpOG-08114199777, Ernawaty 082291830077) when you have sent the e-mail.
  6. The presentation link will be informed later.
